  1. Personalized Items:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items once they have been customized or made-to-order. This includes, but is not limited to:​

  • Personalized clothing (e.g., monogrammed t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

  • Custom hampers (items selected and assembled based on your preferences)

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase, including any personalized details, as we are unable to make changes once the item has been processed.

2. Standard Return/Refund Policy

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

  • If you are requesting a return for an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We may request photo evidence of the issue for quality control and processing purposes.

  • After 15 days from the date of receipt, we cannot process any refund or exchange requests, so please inspect your items carefully upon arrival.

If your personalized or non-personalized item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please follow the steps below:

  • Assessment: We will review the issue and assess whether the item qualifies for a refund or exchange.

  • Return the Item: If a return is required, we will provide you with the return instructions. The return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty or damaged items.

  • Refund/Replacement: Once the returned item is received and assessed, we will process a full refund to the original payment method or offer a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.

As personalized items are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We strongly recommend double-checking your order before completing your purchase, especially when it comes to personalization details such as names, dates, or sizes.

5. Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items (e.g., uncustomized clothing, accessories, etc.), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
